RV Consignment Program

Our RV Consignment Program is designed for owners who want to rent out their RVs through our professionally managed, family-owned rental business. We handle everything—marketing, bookings, renter verification, and maintenance—so you can earn passive income without the hassle.

RVs We Need for 2025!

We are currently accepting RVs that meet the following criteria:

• Model Year: 2020 or newer
• Class C Motorhome: 28-33 ft with a private bedroom, full sofabed, dinette bed, and either a cabover bunk or additional bunk beds
• Sleeping Capacity: Must accommodate 4+ sleepers with seatbelts for at least 6 passengers

Condition Requirements:

• Exterior in good condition—minor scratches or scuffs acceptable but must maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
• Interior must be in good condition with fully functional amenities, well-kept mattresses, and only minor cosmetic issues.
• Recent inspection and maintenance check (within the last 6 months), including proof of winterization and a roof inspection.
• Tires must be no older than 2 years (verified via DOT number) and be in good condition.
• Regularly scheduled engine maintenance must be up to date.
• Absolutely no water damage, mold, or broken/unrepaired components.

We include GPS tracking in every consigned RV for security, emergency tracking, and peace of mind.

Earnings & Owner Benefits

As an RV consignment owner, you receive:

• 45-50% of all nightly rental revenue
• Additional earnings from mileage overages and generator fees
• We collect a security deposit ($1,500+) on every rental to cover deductibles

Renter Verification & Safety

We take extensive measures to ensure responsible renters and safe rentals:

• Each renter is personally interviewed and vetted before approval.
• We require proof of identity and a copy of the renter's personal car insurance.
• All renters must provide liability coverage via an insurance binder or purchase our commercial liability add-on.
• For driven or towed rentals, renters must pass an MVA background check for major safety violations.
• All rentals require a pre-authorized security deposit before departure.
• Every renter receives a video orientation and an in-person tutorial before departure, including a full demonstration of operations.

Preventative Safety Measures

• Renters select their RV from available options that meet their needs and safety requirements.
• We prioritize prevention over damage control by implementing safety policies.
• Awnings are disabled to prevent misuse; we provide alternative 10x10 pop-up tents instead.
• All off-grid/boondocking rentals require a generator unless the RV has at least 400Ah of usable battery capacity.
• All air conditioning use requires a generator.
